About the Role

The VP Technology will drive the strategic direction of our Cirium technology teams, developing people and leading the delivery of high-quality and efficient software solutions that power data and analytics for customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating a clear vision of the future and ways of working that motivates and engages colleagues and teams
• Managing complexity and thinking strategically, balancing present and future needs of the business
• Thinking enterprise-wide, championing talent and embracing curiosity
• Being a partner to the Cirium leadership team and Data Services technology leadership team colleagues
• Developing a flexible and adaptable style that is instantly credible with technical staff and business leaders

Key Result Areas

The role will focus on:

• Engineering acceleration, driving team effectiveness and productivity in global engineering hubs
• Technology estate improvement, effective operational control improvements in cloud cost management and technical debt reduction
• Driving continued transformation to a platform-based business, aligning developments against a core architectural town plan
• Cirium and Data Services alignment, contributing to reuse and convergence
• People development, relationship-driven with a passion for staff development, diversity, and inclusion
