Job Overview
Auburn Apple Developments Ltd seeks a skilled CPCS Groundworker/Groundworker to join their team. As a dedicated professional, you will be responsible for operating various types of dumpers and performing groundworks tasks. Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £18.00 per hour, paid for 42 hours of work per week. Additional benefits include a bonus scheme, free parking on-site, and a referral program. The working schedule consists of 10-hour shifts from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
- Proficiency in safely and efficiently operating various types of dumpers
- Familiarity with laying foundations, drainage systems, and other groundworks
- Skills in mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete
- Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery
- Efficiently managing tasks to meet project deadlines

Requirements
- 1 year of experience in groundworks (preferable)
- CPCS/NPORS certification required

Work Location
This position is based on-site at Auburn Apple Developments Ltd.
