About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Advance. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live the lives they choose.

Our ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for providing personal care and support, administering medication, and assisting with daily living tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene
  • Administer medication (if required)
  • Support with preparing and cooking meals
  • Accompany individuals to medical appointments
  • Support with social activities and independent skills
  • Assist with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
  • Keep accurate records and update care plans as required
