Apprenticeship Coach

Our Apprenticeship Coaching team plays a vital role in shaping the future of our organization by guiding and supporting learners through every stage of their apprenticeship journey.

We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Coach to join our team. As a key member of our coaching team, you will work closely with directors and managers to train and coach apprentices in the skills and behaviors required for level 2 and 3 apprenticeships.

You will use a blended learning approach, which includes visiting learners in their offices, gathering evidence, and working with their managers.

• Deliver high-quality coaching and mentoring to apprentices
• Develop and implement effective learning plans to meet individual learner needs
• Work collaboratively with directors and managers to ensure seamless integration of coaching services

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A proven track record of coaching and developing others
• Current or previous experience delivering apprenticeship coaching
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexibility to travel to various locations across London
