Movement Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Movement Controller Instructor to join our team at the Defence Movements Training Squadron (DMTS) based at RAF Brize Norton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to military personnel, civil servants, and contractors.
As a Movement Training Specialist, you will lead the maintenance and delivery of specialist movements training, using a wide range of residential and virtual technologies to empower trainees. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outcomes and develop working relationships with various stakeholders.
About the Role- Deliver training programs to 1500 trainees per year, both in person and remotely
- Lead the maintenance and delivery of specialist movements training
- Work proactively to achieve outcomes and develop working relationships with various stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Leadership skills to motivate and guide teams
- Effective communication and influencing skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Able to deliver at pace and manage multiple priorities
