We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Integrated Branch Plan team within the Chief Operating & Controls Office. This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive progress in helping Lloyds Banking Group deliver its purpose.
The team sits within the People & Places function, collaborating closely with Consumer Relationships to deliver our branch strategy. Our focus is on bringing together various programmes that impact branches and creating an ecosystem view to inform effective change sequencing and delivery of priorities for over 200 branches.
As a Data Analyst - Branch Excellence Specialist, you will work alongside Construction & Standards, Health, Safety & Wellbeing, Workplace Design, Workplace Experience & Facilities Management, Asset Management, Places Investment, and Change Delivery teams to support the delivery of better branch workplaces for colleagues.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Analyse and interpret data from diverse sources, producing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Utilise data to identify areas for improvement, prioritising initiatives based on analysis and stakeholder input.
- Develop and maintain high-quality reports, ensuring timely delivery to key forums.
- Design and implement data solutions, such as Power BI, to enhance data visualisation and storytelling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine branch standards, leveraging multiple data sources to inform models.
- Apply process mapping and systems thinking skills to improve efficiency and effectiveness in branch operations.
- Data savviness: experience extracting insights from various data sources and communicating complex information effectively.
- Technical expertise: proficiency in Excel and advanced formulas, as well as experience with Power BI or Tableau reporting solutions.
- Storytelling ability: effective communication skills, with experience supporting report writing and presentation development.
