Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancer to manage a residential caseload and handle transactions from initial instruction through to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, Transfer Deeds, and Declarations of Trust.

As a Conveyancer at our firm, you will also provide tailored legal advice to clients and record it accurately. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction progression and handle complex queries and offer appropriate solutions promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, Transfer Deeds, and Declarations of Trust.
• Providing tailored legal advice to clients and recording it accurately.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction progression.
• Handling complex queries and offering appropriate solutions promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A background in New Build transactions.
• Possess 3+ years' experience in managing residential conveyancing cases from start to finish.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
