Support Workers Wanted

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic adults in our residential services, helping them to achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing individualized support to autistic adults, promoting independence and personal growth
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Supporting individuals to engage in community activities and develop social skills
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality support and care

Requirements:

  • Experience working with vulnerable adults, preferably in a residential setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
