Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and driving data capture and commercial processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless operations.
- Drive data capture and support commercial processes.
- Coordinate with the Customer Success team for integration of sales leads.
- Offer customer support through various channels as needed.
- Support business travel to events, including competitor events.
- Uphold best practices across the portfolio and support uniformity in processes.
- Provide support across the portfolio of events and drive aspects of the Exhibitor Services Journey.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Confident IT skills and experience with CRM databases.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective time management, both in the office and when working from home.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience working onsite during event build-up and live periods.
- Salesforce.com experience is beneficial but not required.
- Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus but not essential.
- Clear understanding of event delivery elements.
