The Role

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Commis Waiter to join our team. As a Commis Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering food to the restaurant in a timely manner, communicating effectively with the kitchen and front of house teams, and preparing mise en place for the bar.

You will also be responsible for continually developing your knowledge of the menu, ensuring that mise en place is stocked prior to service and replenished throughout, and polishing cutlery, crockery, silver, and glasses.

Key Responsibilities
