Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at One Retail. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality drinks and serving food to our customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and food items
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and equipment
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Learn and implement new brewing methods, beverage blends, and food preparation techniques
  • Ensure compliance with food handling and hygiene standards, as well as health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and ingredients
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
