About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to provide support to our residents at St Pauls Care Centre. The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude, be able to treat residents with care, compassion and respect, and share our values of helping others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily activities such as washing, dressing, developing individual care plans, and eating meals.
  • Champion residents' dignity and independence by being a trusted friend.
  • Communicate effectively, take on responsibility, prioritize workload, and maintain accurate records.
  • Support with other tasks like serving food and helping residents eat and drink.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, build strong relationships with residents, relatives, and colleagues.
