About the Role:
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior PA and the principal and their family
  • Assist with record keeping, filing, and returning purchases
  • Help organize parties and other events
  • Deal with household contractors
  • Manage staff rotas and assist with travel plans
  • Schedule appointments and manage diaries
Working Arrangements:

You will work in the family home in North London for two days per week, one day a week in a residence in Buckinghamshire, one day in the family office in Central London, and one day working from home.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong team player with a willing and supportive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
Salary:

Competitive salary of c. £35,000 DOE
