Main Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex technical issues with our HGVs, using your expertise to specify repair solutions and ensure timely completion of jobs.
  • Work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service, ensuring their vehicles are back on the road as quickly as possible.
  • Collaborate with our team to maintain a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience as a qualified HGV Technician, with a strong understanding of VOSA requirements and MOT testers manual.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
