About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Law Solicitor to join our dynamic team. As a Public Law (Care) Solicitor, you will:

  1. Work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional results in public law cases.
  2. Develop in-depth knowledge of the Children's Act, emphasizing public law aspects.
  3. Provide expert advice and representation to clients in Magistrates and County Court.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years PQE as a qualified solicitor.
  • Proven expertise in public law, particularly in the context of care cases.
  • Membership of the children panel or a commitment to becoming a member.
  • Strong advocacy skills, especially in the Magistrates and County Court.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of the role.
