About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Hub Advisor. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding debts and take proactive steps to resolve these issues.
  • Investigate customer complaints and resolve them in a fair and timely manner.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to resolve issues and provide information.
  • Process payments and refunds, and update customer account records accordingly.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a debt collection or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
