We are actively seeking a skilled Electrical Engineering Technician to join our team at Methodical Recruitment LTD.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves working with electrical systems, distribution transformers, switchgear, substation earthing systems, and battery tripping units in high-voltage applications.

Requirements
  1. Demonstrate a strong track record of working with leading Switchgear and Transformer manufacturers HV Switchgear product ranges.
  2. Prioritise safety in all aspects of work, with knowledge of electrical safety regulations and best practices.
  3. Experience in HV inspections and maintenance of DNO, IDNO, and private distribution network substations and associated equipment.
  4. Possess a minimum of NVQ Level 2 qualification or its equivalent.
