Care Team Leader Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents, while also supporting the development of our Care Assistants.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care to our residents
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide guidance and support to Care Assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Experience in care, preferably in a leadership role
- SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
