Henderson Scott is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead our high-performing team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and developing top talent, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results
  • Support the Managing Director in strategic decision-making and deputize in their absence
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Manage and close complex deals, ensuring maximum revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
