At Sensient Flavors, we manufacture innovative flavor solutions for the food and beverage industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing customer orders and providing support to various functions, including Purchasing, Planning, Transport & Distribution, Commercial, and Site Administration.

This is a full-time, on-site role at our European Flavors & Extracts headquarters in Milton Keynes, UK. Due to the international nature of this role, we require business fluency in English and one other Western-European language, preferably German.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer portfolios, sourcing and providing information, managing enquiries, and resolving queries.
  • Generate reports for management meetings to support activities.
  • Take ownership of orders, manifest transport collections, and champion OTIF completion.
  • Reduce transport incidents and resolve them timely and to the satisfaction of customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Customer Service, Planning, or Supply Chain with a secondary education.
  • Positive personality, self-starter, and team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Post-Brexit export experience and solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
