Salary: £74,000 - £89,000 + package (PAYE)

About the Company

We are working with a leading contractor specialising in Groundworks and civil engineering projects across England, with a strong presence in the UK market. Their portfolio spans residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, with project values ranging from £5 million to £30 million.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial Department and support the management of costs on high-value projects (£5m - £30m). As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for maximising project profit margins and ensuring timely payments while developing key client relationships.

Requirements
  1. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a civil engineering or RC Frame and groundwork contractor.
  2. Degree-educated in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
