Interim HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are excited to be working with a fantastic client, a leading organization with a strong presence in the UK, to find an exceptional HR Business Partner to join their team on a 12-month interim basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with one division of the business, supporting around 160 headcount, and providing operational HR expertise. This will involve working closely with key stakeholders to deliver employee relations, training development plans, succession plans, change management, and business improvement projects.

Our client is looking for a resilient and outgoing HR professional who is ready to take on a new challenge. The ideal candidate will have a proven HR generalist background and thrive in a high-change environment. They will be proactive, happy to get hands-on, and able to lead by example.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with one division of the business to deliver HR services
