IT Support Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and technical Graduate IT Support Engineer to join our team in Billingham. As a Graduate IT Support Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with a rapidly growing and ambitious company that offers on-the-job training and progression opportunities.

About the Role:

  • Learn from the Head of IT & Data how their systems and business work
  • Work with other team members to deliver complex IT Projects
  • Pro-actively visit client sites to plan roll outs and fix issues
  • Work through live tickets to deliver solutions remotely

About You:

  • Experience in a technical field or relevant degree
  • Experience in working with Microsoft
  • Commutable distance to Billingham
