About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at OneRetail. As a permanent casual employee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and progress within the company.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and expertly crafted coffee drinks to our customers. This includes preparing perfectly blended drinks, serving food, maintaining a clean bar area, processing payments, and representing OneRetail in a positive light.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with regular customers
  • Stay up-to-date with brewing methods, beverage blends, and presentation techniques
  • Identify and report any equipment maintenance needs
  • Represent OneRetail and maintain a positive brand image
  • Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You should also be reliable, punctual, and able to take initiative when necessary.
