Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential customers and identifying business opportunities. You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify potential customers and industries that can benefit from our additive manufacturing solutions.
  2. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through targeted outreach strategies.
  3. Qualify outbound leads by understanding their specific needs and aligning them with our company's solutions.
  4. Schedule and coordinate initial meetings or calls for senior sales team members, ensuring effective communication with potential clients.
  5. Develop a deep understanding of our services to effectively convey the value of our solutions and meet customer needs.
  6. Regularly update the CRM system with accurate lead information, tracking activities and outcomes to ensure a streamlined sales process.
  7. Monitor industry trends to uncover new business opportunities and inform future outreach strategies.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role, ideally within technology, manufacturing, or related industries.
  2. Strong outbound communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and engage effectively with potential clients.
  3. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to meet targets and drive results.
  4. A passion for innovation, technology, and 3D printing is highly desirable.
  5. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is preferred.
  6. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to handle objections effectively and maintain momentum.
  7. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Benefits Package

  • £30,000 per annum performance + commission bonuses.
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
