**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Electric Vehicle Technician to join our team at Alecto Recruitment. As an EV Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining electric vehicles to manufacturer standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Diagnose and repair electric vehicles to manufacturer standards
* Conduct routine inspections and servicing to ensure safety and efficiency
* Stay up-to-date with the latest EV technology and manufacturer guidelines
* Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent customer service
**Requirements:**
* EV Technician certification or relevant qualifications
* Proven experience working with electric vehicles, ideally within a dealership
* Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**What We Offer:**
* Competitive salary: £30,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
* Uncapped bonus with an OTE of £9,000 per annum
* 42.5 hours per week with a weekend rota of just 1 in 5 Saturdays (AM only)
