Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Agincare Group Ltd.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex behaviours to lead fulfilling and independent lives.

You will work in our supported living accommodation in Melksham, providing person-centred support and enabling service users to access their local community and local leisure facilities.

About the Role

  • Support young adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex behaviours in a supported living environment.
  • Assist with daily tasks, personal care, and household responsibilities.
  • Encourage and enable service users to participate in local activities and events.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other agencies to ensure high-quality care and support.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 12 months' right to work in the UK.
  • A caring and compassionate nature, with the ability to connect with service users and their families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
