ProfDoc is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Clinical Services to lead our clinical team in Yorkshire. This is a senior leadership role where you will have the opportunity to shape and deliver high-quality care in a multidisciplinary setting.

Job Overview

As Director of Clinical Services, you will oversee the clinical operations, ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained and continuously improved. You will be responsible for leading and managing clinical services, developing and implementing clinical policies, procedures, and best practice guidelines, monitoring and evaluating the quality of clinical services, and providing leadership, support, and supervision to clinical staff.

Key Requirements:
  • A professional qualification in a healthcare discipline (e.g., Medicine, Nursing, Psychology, Social Work) with extensive experience in a senior clinical leadership role, ideally within a mental health, healthcare, or related setting.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Your key responsibilities and accountabilities will include:

  • Ensuring High-Quality Care: Lead and manage clinical services to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients.
  • Clinical Governance: Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and best practice guidelines to drive quality improvement.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the quality of clinical services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Staff Leadership: Provide leadership, support, and supervision to clinical staff, including training and professional development opportunities.
  • Strategic Alignment: Work closely with senior management to set strategic objectives and align clinical services with organizational goals.
Benefits and Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
