About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to work as an Educational Assistant - SEN in a Good-rated Ofsted school. This role provides a chance to make a positive impact on the lives of students with special educational needs (SEN).

The successful candidate will have prior experience working in a school setting and be passionate about supporting students with SEN. As a member of our team, you will benefit from:

  • A supportive Senior Leadership Team (SLT)

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with SEN
  • Developing and implementing personalized learning plans in collaboration with the SEN team
  • Leading support for students across a range of subjects

Requirements

  • 1:1 or 2:1 Degree from a leading UK university
  • Prior SEN-based experience with children
  • Enthusiastic, confident, and proactive personality
  • Experience in behaviour management
  • Confidence in working with SEN students

Contract Details

  • Full-time, term-time only
  • $43,000-$48,000 per annum (£90-£100 per day)
