Dynamic Sales Professional

- Provide quotes to customers via phone and email.
- Upsell products and increase order quantities when appropriate.
- Promote current marketing initiatives and chase unanswered quotes.
- Collaborate with your line manager on high-value quotes.
- Support the efficiency of the sales department and manage delivery follow-ups.
- Source products globally and resolve any issues that arise.
- Input and book orders accurately.
- Foster customer relationships, with opportunities for client visits.
- Complete ad hoc duties as required.
- Proven sales experience (minimum of 5 years).
- Strong customer service skills and a positive telephone manner.
- Excellent administration and IT skills.
- Previous experience in bearings or power transmission products is advantageous but not essential.
- GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C) or equivalent.
- A valid driving licence is preferred.
