Classroom Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced teacher to join our team as a Cover Supervisor. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing classrooms and ensuring that students remain on task and engaged in learning activities. The ideal candidate will have strong classroom and behaviour management skills, as well as the ability to inspire young minds with an engaging teaching style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage classrooms and ensure that students remain on task and engaged in learning activities
• Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
• Provide academic support to students as needed
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure smooth transitions and effective communication
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and other staff members

Requirements:

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to inspire young minds with an engaging teaching style
• Experience working with students aged 11-16
• Ability to develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
