Fundamental to our mission to empower the food industry to accelerate its journey to net zero, we're seeking an exceptional Demand Generation Manager to join our mission-driven team. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving our inbound engine and managing a variety of activities to attract leads and achieve pipeline targets, fostering strong relationships with our founder, sales, and customer success teams.
Our specialised food sustainability platform and in-house experts provide instant access to industry-leading data and insights that food services companies and food manufacturers can trust to accurately measure, reduce and report their environmental impact.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working in B2B digital marketing in a startup environment, with expertise in Hubspot, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics. A growth mindset, positive attitude, and curiosity are essential, as is a passion for Climate-tech and its potential to drive change.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing data-driven multi-channel plans to achieve quarterly targets, in partnership with the Sales team.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to effectively execute lead-generating activities, such as events, PPC campaigns, and targeted email campaigns.
- Managing marketing operations and owning our marketing automation tools to measure campaign activity and identify insights to improve performance.
