About the Job

This role requires an experienced HLTA to lead a small team providing tailored support to students with ASD and SEMH needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborating with the SENCO and team members to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
  2. Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that enables students to reach their full potential.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience as an HLTA working with students with ASD and SEMH needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and students.
