Job Overview
Leverage your expertise in data management and e-learning systems to drive business growth with Proftech Talent. As a Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality online learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients.

In this role, you will engage with various stakeholders to understand their training requirements and develop tailored content to address these needs. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure will enable you to maintain the LMS, troubleshoot issues, and provide exceptional support to employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging content and assessments for the LMS system
  • Review and edit materials created by others
  • Maintain the LMS and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills
  • Collaborate with LMS programmers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration


Requirements:
  • Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in managing LMS platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £32,500 - £36,000 per annum, reflecting the demands of this role. In addition, they will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including 23 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays, Christmas shutdown, free on-site parking, and a pension scheme.
