We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Workforce Staffing Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Accountancy Practice by providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files.
- Provide administrative support to our Client Managers, including onboarding new clients and ensuring all documentation is correct.
- Manage and maintain our office supplies and inventory, including ordering and receiving.
- Assist with billing administration and credit control.
- Manage and maintain our office filing system, including scanning, filing, and organizing documents daily.
- Manage all incoming mail and packages for all departments, including shipping, receiving, labeling, and distribution as needed.
- Provide administrative support to our team, including typing letters, reports, and professional documents.
- Assist with filing statutory documents with Companies House and HMRC.
- Meet and greet clients, and provide administrative support as needed.
- At least 2 years of experience in an accountancy practice.
- Experience with IRIS, XERO, and other accountancy software is beneficial.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to other employees as needed.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Discretion when dealing with confidential information.
