We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Clare Lodge, a leading national provider of secure accommodation and welfare placements for young women.
About the Role:
As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing expert psychological assessments and interventions to clients at Clare Lodge. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement plans for the formal psychological treatment and management of clients' mental health problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments of clients, including the use of psychological and neuropsychological tests, self-report measures, and semi-structured interviews.
- Develop and implement plans for the formal psychological treatment and management of clients' mental health problems, based on evidence-based approaches and theoretical models.
- Evaluate and make decisions about treatment options, taking into account complex factors concerning historical and developmental processes that have shaped the individual, family, carers, or group.
- Undertake risk assessment and risk management for individual clients, and provide advice to other professions on psychological aspects of risk assessment and risk management.

Requirements:
