Hygiene Operative Position

The primary purpose of this role is to maintain the highest standards of food hygiene within our fast-paced factory environment. A temporary to permanent opportunity, this role offers the chance to work in a dynamic team and contribute to maintaining our excellent food hygiene standards. With shift times potentially changing to 18:00 - 05:00, applicants should be flexible and willing to adapt.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring working areas are safe and free from hazards, maintaining accurate cleaning records, and completing regular safety checks. Additionally, they will be expected to strip and clean operational lines, decant chemicals, and carry out other tasks essential to maintaining high hygiene standards.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. As part of a close-knit team, you will have opportunities to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate low supplies and training needs to management.
• Maintain accurate inventory of housekeeping equipment.
• Strip and clean operational lines.
• Decant cleaning and sanitising chemicals.
• Carry out log out and tag out process on used equipment.
• Maintain high hygiene standards in main factory areas.
