Electrical Control Panel Specialist

We're looking for an Electrical Control Panel Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for building control panels in accordance with BS7671, Bridges Health & Safety Rules, and Essential Standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding designs, identifying potential issues, sizing cables, and confirming correct components
- Ensuring all items are built to the highest standards, in compliance with the project's quality plan and inspection and test plans
- Following and actively promoting the STAR dynamic risk assessment
- Coaching and mentoring Electrical Improvers and Apprentices
- Promoting and demonstrating the Bridges' values
- Acting in a professional manner and being an ambassador for Bridges
Requirements:
- Panel Build experience
- Punctuality and reliability
- Willingness to learn and undertake occupational and Health and Safety training
- Numeric and reading skills
- Prepared to take responsibility for self and others
- Good communication skills
- Able to work on own initiative
- Ability to give and take instruction
