Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Kingdom Services Group Ltd. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex medical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Help with mobility, including transfers from bed to wheelchair and repositioning to prevent bedsores.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
  • Assist with medication administration under the supervision of a nurse or healthcare professional.

Requirements:

  • Compassion and empathy: Essential for providing client-centered care and emotional support.
  • Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Attention to detail: Crucial for monitoring health changes and administering care accurately.
  • Physical stamina: Necessary for assisting patients with mobility and performing physically demanding tasks.
