Candidate Requirements- Proven experience in a Care Home Manager role, ideally with 3+ years of experience.
- NMC Registered Nurse.
- SVQ 4 Leadership and Management in Care Award or willingness to work towards it.
- Extensive experience in the care industry, particularly with elderly and dementia residents, and a proven track record of delivering quality standards.
- Ability to implement and sustain management standards, including covering for Home Managers on leave and supporting homes without a substantive Home Manager.
- Strong motivation to engage and empower staff to achieve high performance reflecting Care Inspectorate Grades.
- Leadership and initiative to drive continuous improvement.
- Adaptability to thrive in a busy and changing environment.
- £5,000 KPI bonus scheme.
- Hourly overtime rates available.
- 32 days annual leave (pro rata).
