Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing the administration process and client care of all non-volume and volume deal agreements in EMEA and Latin America.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire pre-sales and post-sales administration of all packages and volume deals for all media (Pay, Basic, Free, SVOD & FVOD) in allocated territories.
  • Evaluate available titles and ensure they meet the requirements for each territory, collaborating with Rights Administration, tech ops, local format Execs, and Opco's.
  • Prepare contract order forms for deals and ensure swift execution by clients.
  • Liaise with legal teams to guarantee riders and legal language comply with contractual requirements.
  • Collect and analyze sales history and previous deal information for each client/territory.
  • Monitor new releases from ITVPUK, Opco's, and 3rd Party content providers.
  • Support the Sales Administration Manager in preparing quarterly presentations for UK Opco's to analyze sales forecasts and actuals.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Administration Manager to issue amendment requests as directed by Executives and enter Change Orders into Cosmos.
Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of sales administration within television distribution or broadcasting.
  • Experience working with complex databases.
  • Excellent communication skills, including a good telephone manner.
  • A solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Warner Bros. Discovery offers a hybrid work model, combining remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and agreed upon with your Line Manager.
