About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to join our team at Motorsport-Total GmbH. As an intern or placement student, you will work on real-world development projects and collaborate with experienced developers.

This role is ideal for those who want to develop their programming skills in a C-style language, such as C, C++, Java, or C#. A strong academic background, including a predicted 1st or 2:1 degree from a reputable institution and a minimum of 120 UCAS points (2017 tariff scale), is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on commercial development projects under the guidance of experienced developers
  • Collaborate with large teams on software development
  • Develop commercial software using industry-standard tools
  • Familiarize yourself with commercial development processes
  • Adopt Agile and Scrum working methodologies
  • Utilize source control and Continuous Integration platforms

As a software engineer intern or placement student, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
