Senior Power Platform Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Developer to join our fast-paced Software Development Team. As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for developing innovative Power Platform solutions through all stages of the SDLC and service transition.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and configure Power Pages, Power Automate processes, Power Apps, and its associated components using plugins, custom workflow assemblies, and extended Azure/Office 365 functionality.
  2. Liaise with internal and external customers to understand their business and technical requirements, documenting required components such as data structure, workflow, dependencies, and then develop a technical solution to meet their needs.
  3. Proficient in standard connectors with Power Apps and associated products.
  4. Working with the wider Microsoft stack such as LogicApps, Azure Service Bus, WebJobs, Power BI, AI Builder, Power Pages.
  5. Skilled in extending Power Platform using JavaScript-based web resources, with hands-on experience in Canvas Apps and Pages for model-driven application extension.
  6. Develop and maintain system integrations or API with external partners and government APIs.
  7. Integrating Power Apps and Power BI with various data sources, such as Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, etc.
  8. Develop Power Portals, Power Pages reports, and dashboards for both internal and external clients.
Ideal Background:
  1. Recent experience with Power Apps development (canvas apps, custom pages, model-driven apps).
  2. Power Automate development.
  3. Power Platform ALM and custom connectors.
  4. Azure Functions (C# development preferred).
  5. HTML/CSS/JavaScript (in the Power Platform scope).
  6. Microsoft SQL Server including T-SQL, SSRS and indexing/keys experience.
  7. Dataverse including understanding of API and FetchXML.
Desirable Skills:
  1. PowerShell scripting.
  2. Power Pages.
  3. Power BI.
  4. Understanding of data integration concepts and ability to connect to various data sources using connectors, gateways, etc.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, understanding of security and compliance best practices.
  6. Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Prior experience working within a Consultancy / Microsoft Partner environment.
  8. Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certificates are a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field is beneficial.
