Senior Care Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Operations Manager to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a key member of the management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
With a focus on operational excellence, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of our care home, The Lodge, located in Swallownest, S26 4WB. You will work closely with our Home Manager to lead and motivate the team, driving continuous improvement and ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing care services, with a strong emphasis on person-centered care and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes. You will be a natural leader, able to inspire and motivate your team to achieve their full potential.
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating the care team to deliver high-quality care
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the care home, including staff management and resident care
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Driving continuous improvement and innovation in care delivery
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
We offer a competitive salary of £48,858 per annum, plus a range of benefits including comprehensive training and development opportunities, a generous annual leave allowance, and a supportive and inclusive work environment.
