Kitchenware Sales Associate

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our team at ProCook in York. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, helping customers find the perfect kitchen essentials, and creating a warm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide expert knowledge on our products and services to customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting store environment.

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
