  • Negotiation and Liaison: Negotiate with costs draftspersons and Defendants regarding the settlement of costs, and liaise with lawyers and costs team members.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and update budgets of costs, and advise on likely levels of recovery of costs.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Costs Specialist to join our team at Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment. As a Costs Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the costs process, ensuring that our clients receive fair and accurate costs recovery. If you have a strong background in costs law and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role
