Job Title: Secondary Tutor

We are seeking a qualified Secondary Tutor to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a Secondary Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to students in North East Lincolnshire, helping them to improve their academic performance and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to students in Maths, English, and Science
  • Develop and implement effective learning plans to meet the needs of individual students
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and carers
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless support for students
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience of working with students on a one-to-one basis
  • HLTA or equivalent qualification/experience
  • Proven track record of improving student performance
  • Team Teach Qualification (desirable)
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding training (desirable)
  • DBS on update service
