Job Opportunity

XCMG UK Sales and Services Limited is a subsidiary of XCMG Group, a leading manufacturer of construction equipment. We are seeking a skilled Platform Services Engineer to join our young and international team.

The successful candidate will play a central role in providing service, repair, and maintenance for our MEWPS products, including Scissor Lift, Articulated Boom Lift, and Telescopic Boom Lift. Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing efficient and high-quality service, repair, and maintenance for MEWPS products;
  2. Conducting Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and making necessary adjustments;
  3. Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standard and in accordance with safety procedures;
  4. Managing the allocation and maintenance of MEWPS products, including record-keeping;
  5. Providing product training and support to colleagues and customers;
  6. Collaborating with the team to achieve business objectives and improve processes;
  7. Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
