Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Compliance and Sustainability Specialist to join their dynamic manufacturing business. If you're passionate about sustainability, compliance, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is ideal for you

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with Business Improvement on compliance and sustainability projects to drive business growth and reduce environmental impact.
  • Develop expertise in compliance, working closely with external bodies and internal stakeholders to ensure the company meets the latest standards and accreditation.
  • Become the go-to resource for compliance, providing training and support across the business on compliance issues and ensuring the company meets the latest standards and accreditation.
  • Support Product Management to ensure new and existing products meet compliance standards, offering guidance on product development and sustainability.
  • Drive energy and carbon reduction initiatives, aligning with the company's sustainability goals and reducing environmental impact.
  • Organise and prepare for external audits, ensuring all compliance requirements are met and the company maintains its reputation.
  • Manage accurate records and documentation related to compliance, ensuring the company's compliance requirements are met.

What You'll Need:

  • Strong understanding of compliance and sustainability principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external bodies.
