Electrical Training Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Electrical Training Consultant in Electrical Apprenticeships. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessments to apprentices in the Electrical Installation Industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver knowledge, skills, and behaviours to apprentices in college and the workplace.
  • Conduct regular reviews and onsite assessments in the workplace.
  • Work with apprentices and employers to prepare for End Point Assessments.
  • Deliver theoretical and practical knowledge in college and the workplace.
  • Provide regular communication, coaching, and mentoring to apprentices and use college systems to track data and targets.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 occupational competence-based electrical qualification and/or current registration of electrical competence.
  • Level 3 Assessors Award.
  • Level 4 IQA award (desirable).

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to transition from industry into an education setting. You will be joining a supportive team in excellent facilities based at our Luton campus, with regular travel to sites and employers around Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire/London and surrounding areas.
